Event
James Arthur
On Wednesday 20th April we were invited to meet James Arthur and his crew backstage before their show in Cardiff. We of course brought some residents along with us; Huw, Doris, Deb, and Eric, they had the best time. We’re incredibly grateful for the invitation and the chance to spread some love and promote just how awesome rescue dogs are. Thank you for making our day extra special! We wish you all the luck for the rest of the tour.
Collar Club
We extend our deepest gratitude to Debbie at Collar Club for her incredibly generous donation of two slots each week for our residents currently at the hotel and, and two slots for Helen. Helen was our former resident who is an XL Bully. She has now found herself the best forever home, and has two slots donated to her each week so she can run free…bless her heart. Frenchies/Bullys/English Bulldogs
At the Rescue Hotel, we’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of bull breeds, particularly French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, and Pocket Bullies. Most of these dogs come to us as strays, having never experienced love and care, often being used solely for breeding purposes. Despite their difficult pasts, we ensure that they receive the utmost care and attention during
Cardiff City
We’re thrilled to share our recent experience attending the Cardiff City Football Club’s match against Blackburn Rovers at the Cardiff City Stadium. Despite the game ending in a 0-0 draw, we had an unforgettable time cheering on the teams and soaking up the electric atmosphere of the stadium. Cardiff City players, Josh Bowler, Ryan Wintle & Karlan Grant with Hayley Perkins & Mathew Acreman from The Rescue Hotel & Maria Bailie & Cher from Cardiff Dogs Home What made the

We recently had the exciting opportunity to visit Jason Derulo’s band & crew while he was on tour, performing at the Utilita Arena. Although we didn’t get the chance to meet Jason himself, we had the pleasure of meeting his incredible crew. Tofu onstage at the Utilita Arena. Our furry friends particularly enjoyed the outing, as they were warmly welcomed by everyone. It’s always a joy to get out and about with our dogs, and we make it a priority
