Jess is a TV and Radio Presenter, Online Creator and Campaigner. Jess co-hosts the drive time show with Josh on Capital South Wales, bringing all the biggest hits and celeb gossip to Cardiff, Newport and beyond! Jess has presented several documentaries and digital series for BBC3, BBC Wales and Welsh language broadcaster, exploring topical issues that affect young people today.
She has worked with major brands and broadcasters including Global, BBC Sounds, JOE, Cosmopolitan UK, Glamour UK and The Royal College Of Psychiatrists. Jess is passionate about current affairs, often using her social media platforms with over 340,000 followers to raise awareness of campaigns and start important debates.

“I’m over the moon to become an ambassador for The Rescue Hotel after beginning my volunteering journey at the Dog’s Home in 2023. On a personal level, walking the dogs each week has brought so much joy into my life. It’s a chance to get out, switch off from the buzz of everyday life and soak up the buckets of love these dogs have to give. There’s no dopamine hit like a cwtch from a rescue dog! The hard work that everyone at The Rescue Hotel does is admirable and I know they are stretched to their limits with the demand for re-homing reaching new heights. I’m excited to lend a hand in any way possible to try and find our furry friends a worthy forever home!”
