At the Rescue Hotel, we’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of bull breeds, particularly French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, and Pocket Bullies. These “designer” dogs have become increasingly popular, but sadly, many of them arrive at our doors struggling with day-to-day challenges. Most of these dogs come to us as strays, having never experienced love and care, often being used solely for breeding purposes. Despite their difficult pasts, we ensure that they receive the utmost care and attention during their stay at the hotel.
It’s heartbreaking to see the consequences of irresponsible breeding practices firsthand. Many of these dogs suffer from health issues and behavioral problems due to poor breeding conditions. However, we’re dedicated to providing them with everything they need to thrive, including medical attention, rehabilitation, and, most importantly, love and compassion.
We urge everyone considering adding a dog to their family to undertake thorough research and due diligence. Responsible breeding and adoption practices are crucial to ensuring that dogs are born and raised in safe and loving environments. These dogs deserve better than to be treated as commodities, and it’s our collective responsibility to advocate for their well-being. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these vulnerable animals.
